To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 5 Days from the date of delivery.

  • Return requests made after this period may not be accepted

  • For faster processing, we recommend initiating your return as soon as possible

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund timeline:

  • Processing time: 2 Working Days

  • Bank or payment provider processing may take additional time depending on your provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item must meet all return eligibility criteria

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

    • Clear photos of the product

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Gift cards or digital products


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
